The popular Tamil media in Europe, IBC Tamil, which is a operating IBC Tamil Radio, IBC Tamil TV, IBC Asia Radio, Radio Gagana (Sinhala), www.ibctamil.com and www.ceylonews.com held a big event show in Swiss on Saturday 27/2-16 - called IBC Tamil Global Launch. A similar event was held in UK last year when IBC Tamil launched their TV-channel, which is telecasting programmes in high quality for Tamil viewers in Europe. The event was attended by many Tamil people and VIP's in Tamil media field. Eelam Artists from Europe did various shows like dance, music, comedy etc.,

The programmes shown on IBC Tamil TV was also presented and it was also told that IBC Tamil TV was going to be launched in Canada, Australia and in Sri Lanka soon. At the event the most popular IPTV platform, Lebara Play, was also sold to customers in Swiss for a good price. 

The event was successfull and was also broadcasted live on IBC Tamil Radio from 16.30 to 22.00 CET.
