About Media Asia
Media Asia provides information on Southasian radio- and TV-channels in the world. The website was first started around 1999/2000 as a minor website about Tamil radio- and TV-channels in Europe on Yahoo Geocities website solution, but it was later extended to include radio- and TV-channels in other Southasian lanugages, and since 19-09-2005 we have been on running on this url www.mediaworldasia.dk.
On Media Asia website you can find satellite details, contact details, website and email details of the channels. You can also read satellite news, media articles and frequency details of the channels on specific satellites. You can also find TV- and Radio-Guide to the offcial schedule of the channels on their respective websites. We also link to live streams of the radio-channels and some websites, who stream some channels online. We would like to mention that Media Asia is not streaming any radio- or TV-channels, and that all links are external links to other websites.
We are still in process of updating our website with information about radio- and TV-channels in the different sections. If you have any ideas to improve our website, you are always welcome to contact us.
If you are a website owner, and would like to link to Media Asia website, please let us know. We can exhange banners/links and help each other to reach more people on the internet.
Currently we have exchanged banners and links with TRT Tamil Oli Radio (the 1st Tamil Radio in Europe), ETR (Tamil radio from Germany) and Voice of Tamils Radio.
If you are a owner of a radio- or TV-channel aimed at the Southasian community in the world, and would like to inform your listeners/viewers about different media-related stuff, you are welcome to send us an article or so, which we can post on our Media Articles section.
And if you would like to share some satellite news with other users of Media Asia website, you are also welcome to contact us.
