If information trickling out of party circles are something to go by, the OPS faction might soon start a 24x7 television channel. The party has plans to name the channel after late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa as ‘Amma TV’. They have earmarked a sixground site in Nungambakkam from where the channel could operate. Rumours abound in the party circles that the rebel faction could launch operations in April. A senior leader in the OPS camp said, “When even smaller parties could have a channel, why not us?”
