ibctamilIBC Tamil TV suddenly left Eurobird 9B satellite (9 degree East) for some weeks ago, but the channel has now returned on a new frequency after a break. The new frequency details are: 11919, Vertical, SR 27500 and fec 3/4 - free-to-air.  On this frequency you can also find IBC Tamil Radio now, while IBC Asia Radio (Hindi music channel) has left the old frequency and is only available through DAB radio in greater London. On the new frequency you can also find other Tamil channels like Star Vijay TV (pay-TV), Holy God, NLM TV and TRT Tamil Olli Radio. 

tamilaruvifmTamilaruvi Radio, which is broadcasting from Sri Lanka, has begun transmission in Canada on 100.7 MHz/92 KHz in Toronto. It is first time a Sri Lanka based Tamil radio station is starting broadcasting on FM in Canada. In Europe a Tamil online radio station known as Thaalam FM (WTR FM) from Sri Lanka started satellite transmission to Europe for some years ago (the channel is no longer available in Europe).
