The Sun Network's Telugu GEC offering Gemini Television has won awards across 22 categories out of 35 categories at the 7th Annual TV Awards organised by T Subbarami Reddy Lalitha Parishath and 41-year-old AP Cinegoers' Association.

ETV with 5 awards was second. Film Producer D Rama naidu inaugurated the function.

For the first time this year, viewers selected the award winners for 25 categories by SMS and online voting, while 10 categories for personal achievements were picked by a jury panel.

Gemini Television was acclaimed with the title "The Best Entertainment Channel" in Andhra Pradesh. Its daily soap, Mogalirekulu,led the maximum nominations and won a host of awards. The awards bagged by Gemini Television are as follows.
